We sit with founders, CTOs and operations leads to work out what should be built, in what order, and with what risk. That includes architecture reviews, due diligence, and advice on how the engineering team should be structured. We do not produce a deck and leave.
If the recommendation is sound, we can staff the build, the migration or the operational work that follows. A technology plan only helps when it names the systems, the coupling and who will run the result.
Plans that stop at modernise, move to the cloud, or become a platform usually fail at the first integration. We put engineers in that conversation early so the work can be sequenced and staffed.
